N2 - Detection of elements of collective behavior patterns by means of body-worn sensing technology is a new field of research that has not been investigated to date. Thus, finding a methodology that enables investigation in that field is an object of research on its own. In this paper we present such a methodology as well as first results and experiences applying this methodology on the basis of three case studies: detection of herding, grouping and dancing.
